We are pleased to have Anani Lawson on our team at Vine Country Transportation, An internationally known wine professional,Anani brings a level of wine knowledge to Vine Country Transportation unsurpassed in local touring. After completing the introductory certificate from the Court of Master Sommeliers, he became sommelier at The French Laundry and subsequently at Thomas Keller’s restaurant, Per Se, in New York City, thereby becoming the only sommelier ever to work at a Michelin three-starred restaurant on each coast.
During his 10 years of working at Thomas Keller’s restaurants, he was not only responsible for developing and maintaining award-winning wine lists, but also training staff on a regular basis to ensure that the quality of service was consistently excellent and that teams at both establishments understood and adopted the core values that form the basis for the guest dining experience.
Anani will share his vast network of wineries and relationships as well as his intuitive knowledge of Wine Country hospitality with us at VCT to ensure a once-in-a-lifetime visit to Napa and Sonoma specifically for our clients.
